Flavour: It has a nutty coffee like flavour that blends well with either milk or soy. Can be slightly bitter, but the roasting tends to reduce the bitterness. Roasted Dandelion root, prepared like you would ground coffee, is a great way to cleanse your body & boost your digestive function. It will help in the rejuvenation and repair of your liver.
