How to Use:  Massage your body with a nourishing natural oil. Sprinkle some salts onto your skin, limb by limb, and massage into the skin in a circluar motion using your hand or a scrub mitt. You may then either shower of the salt, or if in the bath – simply now fill up the bath with warm /hot water and soak away any tension and stress! We highly recommend using this product as a scrub in the bath, allowing the salt to fall into the bath, then be dissolved into the waters for a trully relaxtion ritual indulgence.
